Dear astrologer, this is the form to contact the Olympia Astrology development team.
Before accessing the form, please take the following into account:
- If your message concerns a change of computer: please first go to the ‘Olympia New Station’ page before requesting activation. Link to the product: Olympia Astrology – New Station. This link explains the computer change: New computer for Olympia.
- If your message is a question about how using the software: we try to respond as quickly as possible (7 days maximum, excluding holiday periods). We remind you that Olympia’s Help windows provide essential information, they are often accompanied by video tutorials. In particular, upon purchasing the software, you are invited to watch a getting started video tutorial, which answers most of the questions. Not all, of course, but the most.
- If your message is a bug report: please provide the birth coordinates you used to get to this faulty behavior, as well as a summary of the actions you performed with the computer. In this form, you cannot put an attachment file, but later by communicating by email you will be able to take photos or screenshots of what you see.
